Kuwait: The General Traffic Department of Kuwait is pleased to announce the reopening of the third ring intersection signal on Istiklal Road, designated as ’30,’ effective today, Friday, May 17th, 2024.

This follows the successful completion of work on the final asphalt layers in the area. The department anticipates a smoother flow of traffic with the signal back in operation.
