Kuwait City, Kuwait: Attention, truck drivers! The Kuwaiti traffic department has announced a seasonal restriction on truck movement on major roads. From Saturday, June 15th, to Saturday, August 31st, trucks will be prohibited from driving on main roads between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
