The user-friendly service, located within the “Security Services” section of the “Sahl” app, empowers individuals to efficiently inquire about fingerprint requirements. This applies not only to themselves but also to others under their care, such as family members, children, or domestic workers.

Residents can leverage the “Sahl” app to conveniently determine fingerprint necessity. The app will clearly indicate whether a fingerprint scan is required. In such cases, the app will guide users through a seamless appointment booking process within the platform itself.

The “Sahl” app offers a user-centric approach to booking appointments. Users can navigate to the “Appointments” menu, select “Book an Appointment,” and follow the on-screen prompts. This includes choosing “Ministry of Interior,” “General Administration of Criminal Evidence,” and “Biometric Fingerprint,” followed by selecting a convenient appointment slot.

For individuals who encounter compatibility issues with the “Sahl” app, the Ministry of Interior provides an alternative booking option. Residents can access the “Matta” platform, specifically designed for government appointments, to schedule their biometric fingerprint appointments.
