Kuwait: The Kuwait Municipality announced the official opening of the first phase of the Anjafa Beach redevelopment project today, Sunday, March 10th. Located along Al-Taawoun Street opposite the Salwa area, the revamped beach offers a variety of new amenities and facilities for the public’s enjoyment.

This initial phase focuses on enhancing the beach’s recreational offerings. Visitors can now utilize dedicated courts for basketball and beach volleyball, while a designated marine sports corridor caters to water enthusiasts. Additional features include comfortable coastal seating areas, separate prayer rooms for men and women, and improved restroom facilities. The project also includes well-maintained pathways leading directly to the beach. The opening marks a significant step forward in the overall redevelopment of Anjafa Beach, aiming to transform it into a premier destination for leisure and recreation.
