Those who fail to register within the timeframe will be denied access to various Ministry of Interior services, including renewing residency permits and driver’s licenses.

Fingerprint enrollment is also mandatory for all travelers entering Kuwait, including visitors, residents, and GCC nationals. Refusal to participate in the process will result in being denied entry, with exceptions made only for Kuwaiti citizens.

The Ministry of Interior is working alongside various government departments to collect fingerprints. Registration centers are available at land borders, the Kuwait International Airport, security directorates across governorates, and designated shopping malls. Will be available at Avenues Mall, 360 Mall, Kout Mall, Capital Mall, and the Ministries Complex.

This initiative is part of a wider security and efficiency improvement strategy for Kuwait. The government aims to create a comprehensive biometric database to enhance identification processes.
