The revision comes alongside a new initiative that grants free access to government healthcare services for holders of valid cards issued by the Central Committee for Illegal Residents. This move aligns with Ministerial Resolution No. 68 of 2011, which already categorized these residents as exempt from healthcare fees.

While details of the broader fee revision are awaited, the Ministry’s focus is on ensuring healthcare access for all residents. This is a positive step, particularly for vulnerable populations, reported Arab Times.
