The revised deadline for Kuwaiti citizens is now September 30, 2024, while expatriate residents have until December 30, 2024, to complete the registration process. This extension signifies the government’s commitment to facilitating a streamlined and efficient experience for all residents.
To register their fingerprints, citizens and expatriates are required to schedule appointments beforehand through the Ministry of Interior’s designated online platforms: the ‘Meta’ website or the ‘Sahel’ mobile application. Walk-in appointments will not be accommodated.
The Ministry strongly encourages all individuals who have not yet completed their biometric registration to schedule their appointments at their earliest convenience. Designated registration centers will operate with extended working hours to manage the anticipated increase in appointments.
