MoI Extends Amnesty Service Hours During Ramadan for Residency Violators
Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior (MoI) has announced extended hours for residents seeking to rectify their immigration status under the ongoing amnesty program. To accommodate the holy month of Ramadan, residency affairs departments across the country will be open for amnesty applications from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

This initiative aims to maximize the opportunity for residents violating residency laws to amend their status or depart Kuwait without facing penalties. The amnesty period itself remains in effect until June 17, 2024. Those who take advantage of the program can avoid being blacklisted, preventing future difficulties with re-entry into Kuwait.
