The program aimed to elevate the divers’ capabilities in handling challenging underwater environments. The curriculum focused on proficiency in cold waters and strong currents, preparation for conducting large-scale search operations, and effective intervention techniques for industrial tanks. This initiative underscores the Fire Department’s commitment to ensuring its dive team remains highly trained and prepared to address any underwater emergencies that may arise, Al-Jarida reported.
