Health Ministry Sets Work Timings for Clinics and Hospitals
Kuwait City, Kuwait: The Kuwaiti Ministry of Health (MoH) has announced new work timings for outpatient clinics in hospitals and specialized medical centers. The announcement comes to ensure adherence to Civil Service Council Resolution No. 41 of 2006 and its amendments, which outline official work regulations.

According to the MoH’s administrative circular, clinic working hours will begin at 7:30 am. The official working hours for staff are as follows:
- Male Employees: 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Female Employees: 7:00 am to 1:45 pm
A 30-minute grace period is included, with any delays calculated after that window closes.
The MoH emphasizes the importance of staff adhering to these timings to ensure the proper delivery of healthcare services.
