Kuwait Opens 657 Jobs for Expatriates
Kuwait: The Civil Service Commission lifted a hiring freeze, making 657 healthcare positions in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health available to qualified non-Kuwaitis. These positions span various medical professions, including 86 for doctors, 532 for nurses, 35 for technicians, and 4 for pharmacists.

However, the Ministry of Health must follow specific guidelines set by the Diwan before filling these vacancies. The guidelines dictate that the ministry cannot fill the positions until the legal salary payout period for the previous occupants is complete, including any remaining accrued periodic leave. Also, the Ministry of Finance confirms these positions remain budgeted for the Ministry of Health in the upcoming fiscal year.
